Coach Pierce was a skilled basketball player and is now a coach with an impressive track record despite his young age. He has played for England U15, U16, and Great Britain U18 teams, winning two EABL championships and securing a U14 Final Four title. Having competed at the 2nd tier level in both Portugal and the UK, Pierce was ranked among the top 20 players in his age group at the prestigious Deng Camp. He is also a two-time Hoopsfix All-Star.
In 2022, Pierce made history by becoming the youngest coach ever to win the Academy Basketball League. His energy and passion for the game make him a great asset to his teams, inspiring young players to push their limits and reach their full potential.
