Basketball has always been a part of coach J’s life. He played professionally in the 2nd Lithuanian division before moving to the United States, where he completed a BSc in Business Administration/Marketing while continuing to play basketball. After relocating to London, he recognised the lack of professional basketball organisations and established Baltic Stars Basketball Club (now London Stars) in 2011. His vision was to provide high-quality training for young players and instil life lessons such as resilience, teamwork, discipline, and a strong work ethic.
Over the past decade, London Stars has grown into one of the top junior basketball programmes in England. Jordanas was recognised by Basketball England as Coach of the Year in the London Region in 2020 and won the Joe White Award for demonstrating a high level of teaching at the Luol Deng Camp in 2014. He has a strong connection with young players, ensuring they receive the best foundation and develop the right mindset for long-term success.
