After a brilliant display of teamwork, determination and composure across the weekend, the Stars crowned their outstanding season by winning the National League title in impressive fashion.
SEMI FINALS VS
RICHMOND KNIGHTS 95-69 W
London Stars marched into the final with a commanding victory over Richmond Knights off the back of an outstanding 40-point showing from Kajus Visockas.
While he led the way Domas Kaptrimas (19) and Lucas Edwards (14, 8rbs) also made telling contributions.
FINALS VS
READING ROCKETS 98-61 W
The Stars were dominant for much of the game, winning three quarters and shooting a near-50% FG.
One to watch for the Stars Kajus Visockas almost top-scored with 32 points, only to be outdone by his team-mate Lucas Edwards, who had 33.
Olu Akinlabi added 18 to the Stars’ cause as they forgot about the runner-up disappointment of last season to celebrate a well won final.
